Lee Brastead, Chairman
Mr. Brastead is the publisher of the Challenger Newspaper, who has maintained a strong voice for the disabled community in Nevada for over 10 years. In addition to the Challenger, he heads up the United Support Groups of Nevada, Southern Nevada Continuity of Care Association (SNCCA) as well as participating in many other organizations in Southern Nevada. |
Reggie Bennett, Executive Director of RAGE and
Advisory Member Among many other commitments and board seats, Mr. Bennett is the 2005 founder of RAGE and a long time Nevada advocate for the disabled community. He has enabled so many others to maintain their independence and quality of life. His own spinal cord injury during his teen years never prevented him from realizing his dreams for RAGE, body building competitions, or sharing his passion for helping others. Reggie is the Executive Director of the RAGE agency. |

Cindy Lampe, Treasurer
Ms. Lampe is a 13 year resident of Las Vegas who, prior to her spinal cord injury, lived in New Jersey. Her degree in science had taken her through the hospitals and trauma care units of New Jersey as an X-ray and mammography technologist and then into CAT scans in Las Vegas. She mentors and volunteers for the Woman On Wheels (WOW) program,which gives her the opportunity to inspire other women with spinal cord injuries to increase their independence. |
Marteen Mooore, Secretary
Ms. Moore has maintained her own interior design firm for the last 23 years. As 'Marteen Moore Interior Planning', she specializes in 'ground up' planning for large custom homes, office spaces and remodels. After her spinal cord injury in 2007, and because of the help she received from RAGE, she is passionate about giving direction to others with spinal cord injuries, with modifying their homes and also as a mentor to the Women On Wheels (WOW) program. Both allowing others to become more independent. |

Jolene Bennett, Advisory Member
Ms. Bennett is the Administrative School Secretary for the Clark County School District with recognition for her achievements on behalf of the area one region. She has supported and been actively involved within the disability community for 20 years. She has held a seat on the RAGE board since its inception in 2005. Michael GoodwinMr. Goodwin is a Reno resident who has been active in the community for 20+ years. He managed the statewide contract for Personal Care Attendant Services (PAS) for 14 of those years and is currently the COO of the Heavenbound Lifestyle Center. Heavenbound is a non-profit organization that provides community support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Their program is also licensed to provide transitional housing to ex offenders as over the past 10 years, Mr. Goodwin has provided a Prison Ministry Program to assist offenders in making a positive re-integration into the community. His passion is to continue to serve in supporting the community by networking with other individuals and organizations with similar objectives.

Billy Eddins
Mr. Eddins is a Special Education PE instructor for the Clark County School District. He is an active member of the Las Vegas community and sits on two committees for the State of Nevada: the Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Strategic Plan Accountability Committee. He has been a member of the RAGE Board of Directors since July 2005. Bob Murray
Mr. Murray is a life long resident of Las Vegas and has been employed by the City of Las Vegas, Department of Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services since 1994. During this time, he has coordinated, overseen and implemented several inclusive sports, special events and programs for the Las Vegas community including the BLAZE Sports Program for children with disabilities. Mr. Murray has also been on staff since 2007 for the Team USA - Quad Rugby Team. He has been an advocate for the disabled community for many years. |
