Our Mission is to provide a higher quality of life to people with disabilities by empowering them to judge, direct, and manage the services they need.
Rebuilding All Goals Efficiently (RAGE) is an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) located in Las Vegas, serving Southern Nevada. As a non-profit 501(c)3, we provide assistance in identifying community resources and funding for seniors and individuals with disabilities based on their eligibility for the programs. Through our resources we are able to: - Provide information, access, and referral to community partners and government agencies. - Match eligible consumers with grant funded resources and programs. - Assist with applying to state and public programs including Medicaid, Prescription Assistance, Social Security Disability, and many others. - Provide Medicare options counseling. - And many other programs based on your specific needs.
